What we have to offer
Here you will find details of what is on offer at Millstone Conttage and Pine Lodge, as well as the surrounding areas. But first, please be aware of the following:
- A deposit sent within 7 days will secure your booking. This is non-refundable
- Full Blanace MUST be paid on arrival
- Pets are not permitted in either the cottage or the lodge
- Properties cannot be occupied before 2pm on day of arrival
- Properties must be vacated by 10am on day of departure
Coarse Fishing
The River Severn is the perfect location for coarse fishing. The accommodation we offer is set on the banks of the river... the ideal place to catch Barbel!
PLEASE NOTE: a BAA Licence will need to purchased before you are entitled to fish on the River Severn.
As well the river, you can also fish at one Shropshire's many local pools. Day tickets can be purchased for this.

Severn Valley Railway
Take a step back in time and enjoy life at a slower pace by paying a visit to the Severn Valley Railway. 16 Miles of glorious countryside. More than just a train ride. A great day out for all the family

Highley
Highley is a stunning rural village surrounded by outstanding countryside. Highley has many local amenities to accommodate your stay. Friendly local pubs, numerous takeaway resturants and a newly built sports centre will provide you with the perfect getaway.
Local Attractions
Within the local area are numerous, family friendly attractions. Take a stroll and learn about nature in the Country Park; Enjoy scenic walks along the banks of the River Severn, Take a lovely trip on the Severn Valley Railway and let's not forget, the fantasic fishing that is on offer!
Alf
Somewhat a local celebrity, Alf the lurcher can often be found wondering around the grounds or along the river bank. He is a lovely, friendly dog but be prepared to share your lunch as he loves to eat!
